Job Description:

Steppin' Stone Farm has an opening for a Christian single woman, but there are accommodations for a married couple with no children. The wife would be on staff and the husband can have another job or attend school.
$22,500 salary plus room and board, health care, life, and disability insurance, two weeks vacation, ten personal days, two days off weekly. $2000 IRA annually starting the third year. We prefer someone with a bachelors's degree. This is a great job for a mature Christian interested in affecting in-depth change in the life of an at-risk teenage girl.

Experience

Experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for women who are mature in their walk with the Lord. We have a training program during the initial 90 day period.

Skills

Our staff should have a high energy level and good work ethic. We work around the farm in and outside with teenage girls. Team spirit, the ability to get along well with others, and the ability to lead are all necessary skills.
